Assess existing MDM workflows (Quickbase) for gaps in governance, automation and domain expansion. Define and refine master data models for Material, Customer and Vendor entities. Develop a roadmap to onboard additional domains into the MDM system. Ensure seamless integration of MDM processes with SAP and other enterprise systems. Establish data quality and governance metrics tailored to business needs. Facilitate workshops to define the source of truth and data stewardship roles. Partner with technical teams to identify scalability and automation opportunities.
