Please go through the JD and send resumes to [email protected] Project Manager/Scrum Master with IRS ( Internal Revenue Service) EX - CLIENT NEED Remote US Citizens only NEED PMP AND ITITL-4 OR 3 CERTIFICATIONS NEED Project Tracking Services exp Responsibilities: Lead the project lifecycle in an Agile environment, ensuring iterative development, timely sprints, and regular stakeholder feedback, with a focus on Java-based web applications. Strong leadership skills for IRS stakeholders to align project objectives with Agile milestones, providing flexibility to adjust priorities based on evolving requirements and ensuring alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, fostering continuous improvement and keeping project deliverables on schedule. Provide project risk management , documentation, and communication, ensuring deliverables meet IRS and federal standards, with emphasis on compliance with FISMA and IRS cybersecurity requirements. Oversee adherence to security protocols, system performance standards, and data protection measures as required by the IRS and FISMA. Act as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, supporting the team in Agile best practices, quality control, and alignment with IRS objectives. Knowledge and background of ITILv4 specifically Change, Problem and Configuration Management. Skills/Qualifications: Strong technical background with experience in managing Java-based web applications, preferably in a federal setting. Proven experience in project management within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), ideally involving IRS systems or similar federal environments. Familiarity with IRS systems, especially PTS, is an advantage, as is experience with multi-tiered client-server applications and budget management systems. Lead project scope, time, and costin managing competing project and financial requirements. Proven experience in problem solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA's), while ensuring leadership to problem resolution. Lead communications by building trust and rapport, adaptability, managing conflicts, and fostering teamwork. Ensure Project quality by balancing triple constraint - with high-quality for the required product and service. Risk Management - provide risk analysis, manage anticipated risks, determine the appropriate risk response strategies. Strong leadership skills demonstrated in Agile practices, communication, organization, and risk management with a deep understanding of FISMA requirements and IRS cybersecurity standards. Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP) are preferred. PMP certified ITILv4 (or ITILv3) certification Six Sigma or process mapping experience is preferred. S.
