Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM Solutions Architect Core Requirements: Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Applications, with a focus on designing, architecting, and configuring workflows for finance and HCM business functions. 5+ years of direct experience configuring Oracle Financial, HCM, and EPM modules (including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Core HCM, Recruiting, Workforce Management, ARCS, Planning & Budgeting). 3+ years as a Solution Architect for Oracle Fusion Finance and/or HCM applications. Technical Expertise: Proficient in solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality, integrated solutions that adhere to time and budget constraints. Experience with integration methodologies and tools, specifically Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Advanced knowledge of data loading mechanisms in Oracle for migration and consolidation purposes. Preferred Skills: Methodologies & Best Practices: Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and best practices for Oracle Fusion solutions. Certifications: Oracle Fusion certifications are preferred. Additional Knowledge: Awareness of competitive product offerings in the ERP and HCM space.
