Stakeholders The work of this team spans across multiple areas and requires coordination across New Business and Inforce delivery teams (product and business configuration, integrations, digital, print). New Business is defined as every activity required to create a new policy on the Retirement Solutions Platform. Inforce is defined as everything occurring post-issue on an annuity contract: policy administrations, benefit payout, death claim, accounting, tax forms and feeds, and customer communications.
