This position is 100% remote and provides an excellent opportunity to work with a global financial company in building and enhancing IAM and SSO solutions. If you are passionate about software development and security, and have a strong background in AWS services and IAM, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Partner with tech leads, designers, engineers, and delivery teams to develop and improve IAM solutions on a global scale. Code, test, and debug new and existing applications to address complex business problems. Implement innovative products and services to enhance user experiences while adhering to coding best practices. Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code, using modern design patterns and architectural principles. Write unit, integration, and functional automation tests; resolve issues identified by quality assurance or product support teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to an agile work environment. Engage in ongoing learning and apply new skills to tackle challenges effectively. Required Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience : 5+ years of software development & engineering experience. 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting IAM and SSO solutions. 3+ years of Java development experience, including frameworks like SpringBoot, SpringMVC, SpringData. 2+ years of development experience with AWS services, including ECS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, etc. Skills : Strong understanding of web-based technologies and security standards (HTTP, TLS, REST/SOAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC). Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, and frameworks such as SpringBoot, Node.js. Knowledge of DevSecOps, secure coding practices, and web application security. Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory, CheckMarx, etc. Experience with NoSQL/relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) and data streaming tools (e.g., SQS, Kinesis). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with architecture patterns and design thinking. Experience in the financial/insurance industry is a plus. Technical Skills: Programming Languages : Java, JavaScript, Python. Frameworks : SpringBoot, SpringMVC, SpringData, Node.js. Cloud : AWS Core Services (ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, API Gateway). Security : SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL, secure coding practices. Databases : NoSQL (MongoDB), SQL (MySQL).
