Responsible for Maintaining process documentation (collection, processing, and review) Coordinate, perform and execute eDiscovery data management activities such as data processing, loading into database applications, and other database maintenance Confer with service providers and eDiscovery team on creating and ensuring adherence to client and industry specifications for data collection, processing, productions, and data disposition Assist in the creation and interpretation of operational eDiscovery metrics Strong understanding of Microsoft Office / Office 365 applications Must possess a commitment to excellence, a strong sense of urgency, and dedication to client satisfaction and customer service.
