| Role::Machine Learning and Optimization Product Manager::Jersey City, NJ Job responsibilities Manages intent and entity taxonomy and alignment with cross-functional teams across the Firm. Manages conversational analysis in close partnership with Analytics team to identify patterns, anomalies, opportunities for improvement, leveraging conversation analysis methodologies Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Partners closely with Annotation Lead to review and optimize training data Collaborates, with Machine Learning engineers, data scientists and developers to integrate linguistic principles into development Develops and maintains documentation on Natural Language Understanding processes, guidelines and best practices Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Manage a team of linguists and conversation analysts Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management 5+ years of experience in Natural Language Understanding and Natural Language Programming, specifically within context of chatbot development or related AI applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
