This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects meet organizational goals, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents. Team Leadership: Assemble and motivate a skilled project team, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts. Provide direction and foster a collaborative work environment. Execution Management: Oversee project timelines and resource allocation. Ensure tasks are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and challenges through status reports and meetings. Address issues promptly to maintain a positive project environment. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of Salesforce configurations and customizations through effective testing methodologies. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field. Certification in Salesforce administration or development is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or professional services, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate cross-functional teams. Skills: Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Familiarity with project management tools and software.
