The individual will communicate with various internal stakeholders and leaders, aiding in the application of insights to business processes using reports. Position Duties and Scope: Design standard and ad hoc reports to support management operational needs as well as analytical needs. Design reports using different methodologies. (BI, OTBI, BICC, FRS) Communicates analytic reporting solutions to stakeholders and implements improvements as needed to operational systems. Participate in cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements and recommend solutions. Analyze requirements and envision appropriate solutions, with supplemental design documents. Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports Create business reports that provide insight into key data points Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends Qualifications & Experience: Hold at minimum a bachelors degree in computer science, Finance, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience using business analytics and reporting. 5 years experience reporting within Oracle Fusion Cloud, utilizing Oracle BI, OTBI, BICC, and/or FRS .
