Lead Consultants are expert in their key technologies and consulting methodologies. Job Requirements General: Consultative communication skills; active listening, ability to explain complex information to non-technical people, can communicate effectively both verbally and written Can lead a team, work as a member of a team as well as independently Advanced knowledge of package software applications, software development and integration technologies 6+ years experience programming in Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB, XML/JSON, XSLT, XSD, JMS, WSDL, WADL and related technologies Demonstrated technical leadership in the Order Management domain Demonstrated people mentorship and leadership Demonstrated technical understanding of retail, b2b, supply chain concepts 7 years Database administration experience, Oracle, DB2/UDB, SQL Server Database maintenance skills (e.g., create, modify, delete tables, indexes, stored procedures) 7 years experience with RDBMS, SQL and Web-Services (SOAP/REST) 7 years experience with SOA and various design patterns such as MVC, Struts, Hibernate/iBatis, Spring 7 years experience with source control tool experience (GIT, Subversion) and build tools (Ant, Maven) 7 years experience configuring and deploying applications on jBoss application server (Apache Tomcat, Weblogic, WebSphere) Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities. Experience working in eCommerce industry managing high volume applications with an experience of 7 yrs. or more. Experience with application development and system architecture design; working knowledge of UNIX (HP, IBM, Red Hat LINUX) and Windows, C++, Java and XML Agile and waterfall implementation principles and practices. Proven ability to partner with quality assurance teams to develop and execute automated testing scenarios to support end-user and performance-based testing. Domain Technical Expertise: 6+ years of experience with IBM Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment Solutions and with Sterling design, configuration, product extensions and complex integrations; has experience with several diverse projects 6+ years of development/implementation experience with IBM Sterling Commerce Distributed Order Management and Global Inventory Visibility 6 years hands-on experience on customization/extension of Sterling Commerce APIs, database, UIs, user exits, agents and building Web Services Participated in 5 implementations OMS architecture (database modeling, integration and agent architecture, protocols, webservices, api, properties) DOM (Direct Order Management), GIV (Global Inventory Visibility). Identify areas where new SOP can be implemented in lieu of customizations to base Sterling OMS product. Upgrading experience on IBM Sterling Order Management System to 9.2 or higher. IBM Certified Sterling Professional is additional value Participant modeling, payment processing, process modeling Application platform RCP, UI customization Logistics, reverse logistics Customization capabilities Strong knowledge of the SDLC Domain Expertise Modules: Purchase and demand planning Supply collaboration Inventory management Catalog management Sales Order Fulfillment Data warehousing requirements Logistic managements and carrier routing Payment compliance and settlement systems Distributed Order Management Application platform configuration expertise.
