Support annual budgeting and forecasting by analyzing deposit, income, and expense trends and developing accurate projections. Monitor performance of all campaigns and promotions, track progress against stated goals Design informative and actionable analyses to identify patterns and trends in the data that support strategic initiatives and/or recommendations. Evaluate departmental processes to achieve automation opportunities, process efficiencies and control improvements. Understand and effectively communicate the financial and operational impact of recommended changes. Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. All other duties as assigned.
