This includes creating new features, integrations, and maintaining the platform to ensure it is intuitive, efficient, and scalable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that support the organization's goals. Duties/Day to Day Overview Develop, test, and maintain the internal portal with a focus on clean, maintainable code. Design and build integrations with third-party tools and systems to enhance platform functionality. Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Implement and maintain features that make plugins easy to use, customizable, and efficient. Utilize modern web technologies such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Golang to build robust solutions. Leverage cloud technologies for deployment and scaling of applications (AWS, Azure, P, etc.). Optimize the performance of the platform to ensure fast load times and responsiveness. Write and maintain clear documentation for new features and integrations. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the platform to ensure the highest quality standards. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Top Requirements (Must haves) Required Skills & Experience: Node.js : Strong experience building backend APIs and services with Node.js. React : Proficient in front-end development using React, with an understanding of component-based architecture and state management. TypeScript: Experience writing scalable, maintainable applications using TypeScript. Golang: Experience with Go (Golang) for building high-performance, concurrent applications. Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, P, Azure), with experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications. Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTTP, REST, APIs, security). Familiar with integration techniques, APIs, and microservices architectures. Experience working with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. Additional Qualifications (Nice to Haves) Preferred Skills & Experience: Backstage .io : Familiarity with Backstage.io for building developer portals is a plus. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
