This role involves working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize Actimize solutions, including ActOne, to meet specific business requirements. Integration: Integrate Actimize solutions with other systems and data sources. Case Management: Utilize ActOne for investigation and case management, ensuring efficient handling of alerts and cases. Automation: Implement intelligent automation to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of Actimize solutions. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configurations, and customizations. Qualifications: Experience: 5-8 Plus years of Proven experience with NICE Actimize, particularly ActOne, and other related modules. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Experience with financial crime and compliance solutions. Familiarity with other NICE Actimize products and plugins. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
