In this role, you will work with global business and IT stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing application functionality and usage patterns using documentation, usage analytics, and self-exploration. Create a framework for gathering requirements from stakeholders. Host virtual workshops with business and IT stakeholders globally. Summarize and present collected inputs clearly, refining user ideas into actionable requirements. Break down larger requirements into smaller user stories with acceptance criteria. Document success criteria and support user acceptance testing. Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analysis. Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and development teams to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to streamline processes and optimize business performance. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and agile best practices. Required Skills: Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Knowledge of process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) and agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
