Position Title: Full Stack Developer - Front End and Back End Location: Plano, TX - Onsite (5 days) Interview Mode: Video Call & client round F2F Job responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our telecom-focused team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications for the telecommunications industry, focusing on optimizing user experience and backend reliability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain telecom applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, designing scalable solutions that meet industry standards. Build responsive front-end applications with high-quality user interfaces and seamless user experiences. Develop robust backend solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability of the system. Implement RESTful APIs and work with Microservices architecture for modular and independent service development. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and resolve issues. Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party telecom services/APIs. Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, story estimation, and retrospectives. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 1+ years of experience in Java development with a strong background in the telecom industry. Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in React and Angular, with hands-on experience building dynamic, interactive UIs that cater to telecom applications. Back-End Expertise: Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, focusing on scalable and maintainable code. APIs & Integration: Strong experience in RESTful API design, SOAP, and integrating with various telecom services and systems. Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for efficient data handling and storage. Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of telecom business processes, standards, and protocols is preferred.
