Job Title: Release Management Support Engineer Location: Austin, TX (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Generating reports Assist RM team Assist RM team to prepare for software release-related activities such as release convergence, change management and risk management, legal code compliance Assist on improving process and procedure in the team. Prepare for release retrospectives. Measure and analyze data for release key performance indicators. Essential Skills: Experience in Semiconductor industry Hands-on JIRA/Confluence admin skills or another Project management tool Excellent Excel skills and ability to generate reports Technical/ software background (Comp Sci, Engineering or other technical degree) Very good communication and teamwork skills (for effective JIRA follow up) Reporting experience Detail-oriented and reliable.
