Key Skill Sets Required: 1. Technical Development Skills : o 7+ years in Java/J2EE web development o Proficiency in front-end technologies (Angular, Spring MVC) o Hands-on expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, or ORM frameworks o Experience with SOAP/REST Web Services and MQ technologies 2. Full-Stack Knowledge : o Strong grasp of front-end, middle-tier, and backend technologies o Expertise with Tomcat servers and deployment processes 3. Cloud and Containerization : o Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments o Exposure to AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudFront, EKS, RDS, etc.) 4. Agile Development and Leadership : o Familiarity with Agile methodologies o Use of version control tools like Git o Ability to mentor, delegate, and provide technical leadership 5.
