A Senior Solutions Architect to support a Workday initiative with a client. Looking for candidates who are well versed in various types of applications, implementations, and migrations (Eg. Workday, M365, Salesforce, d365, AX2012, CRM, ERP, etc.). You will be part of the Data Engineering Team supporting various business units and teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have Workday implementation experience, strong data background, experience across various platforms, well versed in APIS, and be a self-starter. Whats the Job Project Focus: Migration from ADP to Workday (Workday is critical). Broader application support (e.g., Salesforce, D365, AX2012, Databricks). Responsibilities: Solutioning, designing, and implementing. Data migration expertise (critical requirement). Multi-application integration and data platform support. Collaborate with enterprise architects, business teams, and application teams. Coordination between HRIS (data consumers/stewards) and Workday. Key Skills & Experience: Hands-on development experience in data-related projects. Multi-stack expertise and knowledge of integration patterns. Experience with tools and platforms: Workday (mandatory), M365, Salesforce, D365, AX2012, Databricks, Mulesoft. Strong understanding of APIs, ERP applications, and CRM integrations. Solution architect-level proficiency. Ability to guide and self-start initiatives.
