This position will support the email and channel marketing team with building custom queries, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and build out comprehensive customer 1:1 journey. The Ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Platform. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Skill set and Experience Overall 10+ exp 6+ years of exp in Salesforce Technologies 4+ years of experience as a marketing cloud administrator and/or developer Experience in Marketing Cloud Connector setup. Experience in Marketing Cloud Integration with Salesforce and other applications. Experience in Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder Email deliverability Monitoring, reporting and IP Warming Marketing Automation experience. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications Familiar with building email templates and content using Content Builder Experience / Skills: AMP Script (SFMC Coding Language) HTML/CSS, SQL, JSON; XML, MQ, HTTP, REST, Java Script Experience in querying Data Extensions and write SQL Query Activities Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant is preferred.
