[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SAP Functional Program Or Project Manager Main Role & Responsibilities: SAP Project Manager Resource will assist in various SAP programs/projects related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues. Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for SAP Transformation projects Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities. Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies. Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting. Mitigate risks as defined in project plan. Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholders commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
