Job Title: PMO Lead Location: Rolling Meadows, IL (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: 8-10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a PMO leadership role. Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet. Familiarity with portfolio management tools and reporting platforms like Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or a similar certification will be good but not mandatory. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Adaptability to manage changing priorities and business needs.
