Create documentation, and training materials and provide end-user training to support consistent data management practices. Report findings, recommendations, and an implementation roadmap for phased improvements. Assess existing MDM workflows (QuickBase) for governance, automation, and domain expansion gaps. Define and refine master data models for Material, Customer, and Vendor entities. Develop a roadmap to onboard additional domains into the MDM system. Ensure seamless integration of MDM processes with SAP and other enterprise systems.
