Oracle Cloud Certification in Recruiting Cloud and/or other HCM Cloud modules; required Proven ability to lead, manage and deliver full lifecycle projects through analysis, design, configuration, testing and cutover. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred) Cross functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules (Core HR) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Private Sector experienced considered. Public Sector (Federal/State/Local, Educational Sector) experience highly preferred.
