With at least 5 years of experience that focuses on least privilege principles, best practice vulnerability remediations and OS uplift in an N-1 environment. This role will provide design, implementation, and escalation support services for the Linux environment across the enterprise. The Linux Platform Engineer will support and deliver the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of infrastructure lifecycle initiatives. Within our customer-oriented IT organization, youll develop a deep understanding of our customers, our technology, and the culture in which we operate. The Linux Platform Engineer will plan and implement, and appropriately complete assigned project initiatives, along with proactive lifecycle support, problem resolution and change request activities, as well as act as an escalation for Level 2 support cases. The Linux Platform Engineer will apply new solutions through research and collaboration within and across IT teams.
