Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies. Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform services. Proficient in managing Cisco UCS hardware. Knowledge of Hitachi and Pure Storage systems. Experience with OpenText and eDirectory administration. Skills : Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to be onsite in Philadelphia 2-3 days per week. Certifications in VMware, Microsoft Azure, or Cisco technologies. Experience in scripting or automation for infrastructure management. Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes.
