Title : Information security (Risk management) Location: Phoenix, AZ(Hybrid OR Onsite) Description: Providing guidance on information security processes, controls, and compliance, and information security risk management to team members Prescribing data protection solutions to partner teams Evaluating and identifying risk Encouraging employee contribution, such as feedback, career development planning, and goal setting. Developing plans and strategies for information security tools, processes, and programs Responding to changes in the regulatory environment and assisting other organizations in doing the same. Making strategic recommendations to enhance information security, including processes, procedures, governance approaches, and compliance. Responsibilities Include: Partnering with business units to prioritize enterprise data protection activities. Driving and optimizing risk reduction implementations. Collaboration across application and business teams to provide data protection guidance and recommendations. Working across compliance and audit organizations to provide responses and evidence. Delivery of layered data protection solutions with control owners. Management of internal assets, including risk documentation, application control inventory, and exceptions management. Preparing, executing, and presenting reporting for leadership, examiners, and business partners. Participating in all key activities related to data encryption. Providing backup or support for other processes on the team as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years Information Technology experience. At least 4 years of experience in relationship management. Active knowledge of Agile principles and practices. Understanding of Business Process Improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication for technical concepts. Strong organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proven ability to build relationships with key partner collaboration. Preferred: Previous Information Security or related role. Knowledge of data protection principles and technical solutions (encryption, tokenization, masking, hashing, etc.). Risk assessment and risk management process experience. Understanding of company data protection policies, procedures, and standards. Experience with established industry Information Security best practices.
