Job Title: - Content Developer

TX/Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Interview Mode: Video

Role Description:

Create and Maintain
Slide Decks: Develop high-quality, visually appealing, and informative slide
decks in Keynote for various technical presentations, training sessions, and
company events.

Intranet Knowledge
Base Management: Organize and maintain our Confluence intranet site as the
primary repository of organizational knowledge base, ensuring easy navigation
and access for employees.

Technical Training
Documentation: Write, edit, and refine technical training materials, including
course descriptions, outlines, and handouts, to support the learning experience
of our workforce.

Collaborate with
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Work closely with SMEs to understand technical
concepts, clarify doubts, and ensure that content is accurate and
comprehensive.

Update and Revise
Content: Regularly update and revise existing content to reflect changes in
technology, policies, and employee needs.

Implement Content
Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing a content strategy for the
intranet site, tailoring content to meet the needs of different user groups.

Assess and Improve
User Experience: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand feedback, and
continuously iterate and improve on the user experience.

Digital : Web Content Management (WCM)

Essential
Skills:

Ability to
effectively synthesize stakeholder information into clean, well designed, and
polished deliverables following standard US English vernacular.

Demonstrated
experience in managing and maintaining content on Confluence intranet sites or
similar platforms.

Demonstrated
experience building out multi-media knowledge base in an engineering
organization (internal tools training, process and policy, new hire onboarding
and orientation, etc.).Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with
the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Familiarity with
technical terminology and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
quickly.

Ability to iterate
quickly upon receiving stakeholder feedback.

Good organizational
and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple
tasks simultaneously
