From: Farha khan, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Cloud (Azure) Security Engineer RedMane Technology LLC Onsite-Rosemont, IL (Only Local candidates) US Citizen, Green Card, Green Card-EAD, H4 6 months contract to hire Summary: Cloud (Azure) Security Engineer is responsible for designing and building best of class security controls across enterprise cloud infrastructure, platforms, and software applications (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.) primarily in service of the protection of sensitive data. This role reports directly to the CISO and exists within the Information Security Team, it involves close coordination with key members of the Managed Services and IT teams, as well as other key stakeholders. Qualifications: 1 years of experience doing security and/or infrastructure solution architecture 5 years of experience engineering and building cloud architecture with Azure, using Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure IaaS, PaaS offerings and experience in both Azure Commercial and Government 3 years of hands-on experience migrating customers to the cloud and designing DevOps operational processes Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and/or Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) products Experience and understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Automation, and Orchestration Experience deploying web and service-based applications in Windows/Linux environments Working knowledge of a configuration management tool Experience with monitoring tools (Microsoft Operations Management Suite), and certificates & SSL management Understanding of microservices (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) Working knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, WAFs and other cloud detection/protection systems, NAT, and packet filtering Configuration and maintenance of common applications and protocols (Azure Resource Templates, JavaScript Frameworks (Angular), RESTful APIs, JSON and XML formats, etc.) Experience with US government compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FISMA/FedRAMP, MARS-E, IRS Pub1075, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, etc.) and working through the ATO/ATC process Previous work experience at an organization that develops software Demonstrated project management skills & strong attention to detail Bachelors degree certifications, technical training, or other audit and compliance relevant work experience Keywords: information technology |
