This role will focus on understanding business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and leveraging data insights to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce knowledge with the ability to analyze, manage, and present data effectively, optimizing business processes and delivering impactful results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce solutions. Ensure alignment with business goals and identify opportunities for process improvements. 2. Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Assist in the configuration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) to meet business needs. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and reports to enhance the platforms functionality. 3. Data Integration & Management: Manage the integration of data between Salesforce and other business systems. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across platforms. 4. Data Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data from Salesforce and other systems to develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. Work with business users to create customized analytics solutions that align with their KPIs and strategic goals. 5. Business Process Optimization: Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce capabilities and data-driven solutions. Streamline workflows and increase efficiency by leveraging Salesforces automation tools, including Process Builder and Flows. 6. System Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support testing efforts to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and function as expected. Document test plans, cases, and results. 7. Training & Support: Provide end-user training and documentation for Salesforce users, with a focus on effective use of the system and data analytics tools. Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot any system issues. 8. Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with Salesforce developers, system administrators, and other technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions. 9. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices. Recommend system improvements and new features to ensure that the platform evolves with the organizations needs. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Salesforce Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), including experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce features. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning is a plus. 2. Data Analytics Expertise: Experience in data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards in Salesforce and other data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel). Ability to extract and analyze data to provide insights that drive business decisions. 3. Business Requirements Analysis: Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions. 4. Data Integration Skills: Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques, such as middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi) and understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. 5. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. 6. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to facilitate meetings, present findings, and train users. 7. Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred. 8. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), with a focus on Salesforce and data analytics. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, or similar tools. 2. Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and other advanced automation features. 3.
