Position: Senior Business Analyst Location: Hybrid((Wall Township, NJ)- ( 2-3 days on-site per week) Duration: 6 months contract (with potential extension) Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video Job Description: Responsibilities The successful candidate will manage and execute the following projects: Network Upgrades Overhaul core networks and edge network switches across 8 locations. Upgrade fiber optics between MDFs and IDFs as required. Plan, coordinate, and oversee vendor and internal team collaboration. Execute overnight cutovers to implement new network equipment. PBX to VoIP Conversion Transition from on-premises PBX systems to Avaya ACO/RingCentral VoIP systems at 4 locations. Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and planning to ensure seamless integration. Customize solutions to address location-specific needs. Key Qualifications Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT infrastructure and telecom projects. Technical expertise in: Core networks, edge network switches, fiber optics, MDF/IDF. PBX to VoIP migration (preferably with Avaya ACO/RingCentral). Vendor coordination and lifecycle project management (requirements gathering, planning, execution). Proficiency with project management tools: Monday.com (preferred) or Smartsheet. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Flexibility to travel occasionally to sites in New Jersey to gather requirements and ensure project success. Comfortable collaborating in a hybrid work environment, leveraging Microsoft Teams.
