Position: Lead Salesforce Veeva CRM Consultant Location: REMOTE Duration: 12 months Contract Must-Have : Knowledge of Salesforce Development Knowledge of all Veeva CRM modules Knowledge of Apex Dataloader, Workbench Basic understanding of Veeva Align, Network & Opendata Pharmaceutical Sales & CRM understanding Hands-on over Change Management Process in Veeva CRM Experience in providing solutions around technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite Applications Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support) . Knowledge in Application Design and Development using Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Configurations, Veeva Vault SDK and Veeva Vault Platform configuration. Hands On Experience in Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network , Veeva Opendata , Veeva Crossix , Veeva Engage, Veeva Events Management to be able to solve issues quickly. Experience with large project management and Salesforce Based implementations. Cloud implementation is a plus. Migration, Agile experience and comfortable using Agile tools like Jira. Scrum master certification is a plus. Experience with REST Web-services and messaging/streaming solutions. Experience in Veeva Integration with other applications and other Veeva Modules, Good to have AJAX, JavaScript Good-to-Have Salesforce Dev certification Veeva CRM Certification Integration tools basics Data Providers Integrations basics Veeva Vault Basics Experience in Development related to Veeva Platform like Veeva API, Vault Java SDK,Vault Query Language (VQL),Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Administrator Prior experience in Tools like Servicce Now,Jira and SharePoint. Experience working with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders at varied levels within an organization Required Education : At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
