Strong technical skills in voice interaction technologies (STT and TTS) and conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Amazon Lex). Expertise in designing and implementing intent-based AI models, fine-tuning generative AI systems, and creating context-aware conversational experiences. Leadership capabilities to manage engineering and data science teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipeline development. Hands-on programming skills (Python, JavaScript) and experience with real-time data processing. Strong communication and leadership skills to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
