Job Role : Project / Program Manager Job Location : Sunnyvale California / Austin Texas (Looking for local cosnultants) Onsite from Day 1 Mandatory SKills : Change Management VISA : ONLY H1B with PP Number Role Description: Lead Change Management Initiative: Facilitate the adjustment and acceptance of the reorganization within the Engineering Project Manager team and partner stakeholders. Organizational Development: Assist in defining new team structures, processes, and roles and responsibilities following the reorg to enhance team effectiveness, manage resistance and employee concerns. Stakeholder Engagement Strategies: Help develop and implement engagement models with stakeholders in the program office, engineering, and quality teams. Process Analysis and Refinement: Conduct analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and define new the most efficient processes post-reorg. Alignment Champions: Develop and execute plans to foster team cohesion and bridge gaps, ensuring clear alignment among team members on goals, priorities, and communication channels. Training and Support: Provide training, documentation or workshops focused on the new roles and responsibilities, so that the team and stakeholders are empowered to adopt the changes. Communication Management: Support in internal communications to keep team members informed and engaged throughout the transition period.
