http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1965547&uid= From: Tarun, Adventa Tech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title : Investment Planning Program Manager Location : Richmond, Virginia Duration : 12 months 12 months Mode of Interview : Skype + F2F Required skills for the job: -Ability to supervise technical staff and programs. -Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple projects and teams of a complex and technical nature. -Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with diverse audiences and to make presentations and conduct meetings. -Skill in technical troubleshooting to include applications, systems and network problems, etc. -Ability to perform system analysis and design. -Ability to perform financial analysis and return on investment calculations. -Ability to perform requirements analysis. -Ability to collect and organize performance metric data to present to management. -Ability to develop, interpret and apply policies and procedures in an IT environment. -Ability to interact and communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal and external customers. -Ability to develop and implement work plans. -Technical knowledge and skills in technologies appropriate to assigned program. -Skill in researching best practices and applying them to organizational guidelines and policies. -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships and interact effectively with customers and vendors. -Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures in an IT environment. -Skill in organizing and prioritizing activities. -Skill in the use of computers and software applications. -Current Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) -Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years experience managing large-scale projects involving technology procurement -Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles. -Balance business/technical background with sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to technology teams. -Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server) -Bachelors degree -Experience with VITAs Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and ECOS/COVRamp process is strongly preferred. -Experience with the core Commonwealth IT procurement processes (RFP, VITA) -Statewide Contract, and CAI SOW) is preferred. -Knowledge of technology and methodology of computer and network systems and software.
