Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to automate and streamline the deployment and testing processes. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure Bicep. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and scalability. Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising performance. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our DevOps practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Azure DevOps. Strong proficiency in CI/CD concepts and tools, particularly Azure DevOps Services. Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure Bicep. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power, Python, or Bash. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.). Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and multi-cloud environments. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
