Azure Technology Selection : Choose the appropriate Azure technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, Cosmos DB) to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and deployment models. Collaboration & Design : Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, and Business teams to design pilot projects and develop scalable, production-ready solutions. Stakeholder Engagement : Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure the technical implementation aligns with both current and future AI business needs. Risk Mitigation & Compliance : Collaborate with Security and Risk teams to identify potential risks, ensure ethical AI usage, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. LLM Operations : Contribute to LLM (Large Language Model) operations, focusing on the infrastructure and operational requirements for deploying Azure AI solutions. Data Management & Engineering : Develop tools to support data ingestion, feature engineering, data management, and organization, ensuring the effectiveness of AI applications. Security & CI/CD Integration : Integrate security best practices into Azure AI solutions to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure secure software delivery. Azure OpenAI Service Setup : Establish and configure the Azure OpenAI service in Microsoft Azure to provide business teams with tailored solutions for their specific needs. Preferred Qualifications and Skills : Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing cloud-based AI workloads on Azure, delivering production-grade AI solutions. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Azure OpenAI Experience : At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing Azure OpenAI solutions. AI Expertise : Strong experience with Generative AI, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations). Experience in prompting and fine-tuning GPT-3.5/Turbo, GPT-4/4o is a must. Certifications : Azure AI Engineer Associate (AZ-102) or equivalent AI/ML certifications. Certification in Azure Solutions Architect Expert and/or other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus. Programming Skills : Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, Java, C#). Cloud Services : Expertise in Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, AI Search, Cosmos DB, App Services, Managed Identities, Customer Managed Keys, Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions, and Copilot Studio. CI/CD Tools : Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Terraform, and related technologies. Non-functional Requirements & Testing : Experience gathering non-functional requirements, performing application architecture design and validation, and executing functional, stress, and performance testing. Business & Requirements Analysis : Strong knowledge of business analysis, requirement gathering, and gap analysis. Communication Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams. Personal Attributes : A fast learner, a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and within a team. Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Additional Skills : Power Automate development experience is a plus.
