Analyzes, designs, customizes, and implements programs, systems, and procedures to meet complex requirements and specifications. Conducts analyses of difficult user needs and applications using advanced tools and techniques. Conceptualizes designs, codes, debugs, tests, and documents computer programs. Experience with object-oriented programming and programming graphic user interfaces (GUI) for a wide variety of operating systems. Skill and ability with relational database concepts and Structured Query Language (SQL).
