Job Title: Infrastructure Manager location : Remote Contract: Long term Responsibilities : Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services. Manage and optimize the organization's data centers and network infrastructure. Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and services. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IT strategies and goals. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution. Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support. Maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts for infrastructure-related services. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding infrastructure security. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure capabilities. Qualification and experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in server, storage, network, and cloud technologies. Proven experience in leading and managing a team. Strong knowledge of infrastructure management tools, monitoring systems, and ITIL best practices. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and data center management.
