Manage, schedule, and monitor ETL jobs and sequences. Perform performance tuning and optimize DataStage job performance. Administer user access, roles, and permissions. Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot and resolve system and job-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Keep the DataStage environment updated with patches and upgrades. Required Skills: Experience with IBM DataStage and related tools. Strong understanding of ETL processes and database technologies. Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and/or Windows environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SQL and scripting for automation tasks.
