Our Dallas based client is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with a robust background in managing IT application development and data projects, particularly within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with data lakes, data warehouses, APIs, and system integrations. Experience in revenue management systems is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of the unique process and technology needs within hospitality environments such as hotels, cruise lines, or airlines. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and maturity of our IT application and data landscape. Your ability to effectively manage project scope, timelines, and resources will be instrumental in delivering high-quality IT solutions that enable our organization's strategic objectives. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience managing IT application development and system integration efforts. PMP and Scrum certifications ., other relevant project management certifications preferred. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Monday.com (strongly preferred), Microsoft Project). Experience working with data lakes, data warehouses, and large-scale data integration projects. Proficiency in managing API development and integration efforts. Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Prior experience preferred with revenue management systems, or related capabilities in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, airlines) or other contract-related businesses. Experience working with Foundry (Contour, Workshop, and/or Contour) a bonus. Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Team player who can succeed through collaboration and working with other internal and external organizations. Comfortable presenting to both business and technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work calmly under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
