They should also have a proven track record of dealing with competing priorities, resolving ambiguities, and delivering complex projects on-time and within budget. 3 years prior experience in Software development (Java preferred) 3 years of experience developing technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud (AWS/Azure), SaaS, enterprise. Develop and manage a detailed IT project schedule and work plan to understand and track internal technology milestones as well as track risks, action items, issues and dependencies Working closely with business team to identify key domains/ capabilities to be offered as APIs. Providing subject matter expertise to product, technology and development teams for API transformation. They should have very strong communication skills, as well as team building / leadership skills, as they are both tasked with keeping everyone excited about the project and socializing important projects elements.TPMs are expected to demonstrate expertise in Project / Program Management and enough technical proficiency to discuss complex technical requirements and trade-offs with engineering leadership. They more experiential than theoretical, as you will likely be asked questions about prior experience and how to apply that experience in new and challenging situations. TPMs can get things done in a world where needs exceed resources. TPMs should be technical enough to understand engineerings implementations.TPMs should follow: Project/Program Management Partnership (collaboration and influencing abilities) Technical: Past experience Technical: Problem solving, usually system design challenge Leadership/Cultural fit Behavioral/Situational Basic coding: LeetCode easy (only applicable if required)They should be prepared to address case scenarios in an interview context and apply their knowledge accordingly.
