Proven track record in card product development, transaction processing, and operational management. Practical experience in implementing BIAN standards. Skills: Strong understanding of card processing systems, including authorization, clearing, and settlement. Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging, EMV standards, and PCI DSS compliance. Knowledge of fraud detection techniques, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in payment gateway integration, acquiring/issuing processes, and reconciliation. In-depth understanding of BIAN standards and their application in card product development and integration. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with emerging payment technologies such as mobile payments, tokenization, and blockchain. Previous involvement in digital transformation projects in the financial industry. Understanding of global card schemes and regional payment networks.
