Work Address: 1901 Market St. Philadelphia, PA 19103 Work Authorization: USC or Green Card only Job Description: Looking for a Lead .Net Developer full stack developer with primarily 10+ years of experience in distributed systems integration and web/portal technologies. This will be a hybrid role, following return to work guidelines - consultant will be expected to come into the office 3x/week. Must have: .Net core, Entity Framework, API Development, SQL, microservices architecture, and logging/security experience for external users (for example: ELK stack). Candidate should also have proven leadership, business, and presentation skills. Preferred: Angular 12+ experience, Cloud upgrade / transition hosting on cloud (GCP) and Health domain knowledge are a plus. Additional Job Tasks: Coordinating with related teams such as enterprise services, informatics, infrastructure, data modeling, testing/QA, security, and architecture. Assisting the team members with best patterns and practices and ensuring they are followed. Ensuring security, maintainability, and performance of the application. Leading 5-10 team members. Mentoring team members. Refining the requirements and translating them into a detail design of data stores, components, and services. Assisting the PM with task breakdown, estimation, and assignment. Creating functional and detail design documentation. Assisting with production problem resolution. Being a SME and single point of contact for the PM, business, management, and security office/audit. Experience of working as a member of an agile team and familiar with agile planning and estimation techniques. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamental rationale for employing an agile approach to implementation Experience with using engineering practices that compliment an agile approach. Test driven development, source branching strategies, continuous integration etc. Experience working with TFS for source control, deployment / builds, backlog and task management. Manage development team using Agile and scrum methodologies Ability to write design specifications based on architecture blueprint documents Strong problem solving and analytical skills Detail oriented, ability to multi-task Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Requirements: Extensive knowledge and experience with following languages/frameworks: .NET 6 and above, C#, LINQ, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJs, WebApi, HTML, CSS Web Services design and development using: WCF REST Database skills: MS SQL/T-SQL (queries and stored procedure development) ORM Entity Framework, ADO.NET Experienced using the following Architecture Patterns and Programming language model: MVC MVVM OOP Demonstrable experience and skills at applying design patterns to complex application architectures: Factory method Decorator Command Publish/Subscribe Strategy Experience with test driven development, writing unit tests and solid understanding how to write testable code.
