The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, specifically in the installation of Windows and related tasks.Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Install and configure Windows operating systems and related software. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through phone, email, or in-person support.
