| Hi Role : Digital Delivery Manager All Project Manager level Location : Hybrid onsite Princeton, NJ at least 1-2x weekly Domain : Life Sciences Pharma plus Visa : GC/USC Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to deliver marketing digital tactics such as websites, banners, and email campaigns. Collaborate with creative agencies and development vendors to ensure proper planning and execution of projects. Facilitate solution design by gathering basic requirements and working with development delivery teams. Track activities (JIRA) and deliverables with agencies and development teams, ensuring timely completion and quality output. Produce regular status reports to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned. Identify business/customer requirements and drive the delivery process through expected delivery. Highlight any business requirements requiring new capabilities or technologies; identify solutions and timing. Manage multiple projects with project plans (MS Project), notes/status updates, and effective communication. Serve as point of contact for omnichannel initiatives to our partner teams (Brands, CRM, affiliates, etc.) to give visibility on projects progress, plannings, risks, issues, and decisions to be taken. Define workstreams and involve all relevant stakeholders to orchestrate the work to be done. Collaborate (MS Teams) with teams on solutions, costs, design, and delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. At least five years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or related field. Solid understanding of web development principles and technologies. Excellent project management skills, with expertise in Agile methodologies preferred. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with proven ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Experience with Veeva Vault is a plus. Experience with agile methodologies. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Experience with planning, strong documentation skills, able to manage themselves and their work.
