If a resident of North Carolina, the candidate must be willing to come to Raleigh at their expense to pick up a laptop. If outside the state of North Carolina, use their personal computer to remote into a workstation. Position is remote with minimal in-person engagement if the candidate is local to the Raleigh area. Candidates must be informed that this is a SharePoint Business Analyst/Quality Assurance role. This is not a SharePoint Developer/Admin role Responsibilities: Design SharePoint and web-based solutions to support Construction business processes that are valuable to the transportation lifecycle Break down design into clearly defined, manageable work items for the development team Prioritize and track progress on work items and deliverables Ensure work items and deliverables are scheduled, completed, and delivered to the clients on time and with high quality & excellent, usable documentation. Document the program and project deliverables as assigned Coordinate with clients to implement re-engineered business processes Test SharePoint and web-based content management deliverables as required to support the re-engineered business processes Draft and deliver training materials for changed business processes and IT applications Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications and processes to meet needs Provide quality control for program and project deliverables Required Skills: Experience as a Business Analyst: 5 years required Experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst: 5 years required SharePoint Design Experience (Microsoft SharePoint Lists, Libraries, and Content Types): 5 years required Experience Designing and Testing SharePoint and Web-Based Content Management Solutions: 2 years required Strong Analytical and Conceptual Skills: 5 years required Proficiency in Written and Verbal Communication (Ability to Explain Business Processes to IT Users and IT Applications to Business Users): 5 years required Excellent Organizational and Presentation Skills: 5 years required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams): 5 years required Proven Experience Evaluating and Re-Engineering Business Processes: 5 years required Experience in Writing Clear and Concise Technical Training Materials and User Documentation: 5 years required Working Knowledge of the Application Development Life Cycle: 2 years required Understanding of NCDOT Transportation Life Cycle Business Processes: 2 years highly desired Extensive Experience in Microsoft SharePoint as a Designer: 5 years desired Experience with SCRUM/Agile Development Methodology: 2 years desired Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps: 2 years desired We represent Logisoft Technologies, Inc. with pride; We present ourselves as a premiere Technology, Consulting, Product Development and Software Services Company.
