Create, revise, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Lab network infrastructure. Act as subject matter expert in Lab 5G Network projects. Support and diagnose technical issues involving cell site routers, on-premises devices, and AWS. Lead activities in the 5G ORAN Lab network, taking ownership of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and foster innovation. Define and execute test plans for the 5G ORAN Lab network, ensuring thorough testing of components and functionalities to guarantee optimal performance. Maintain strong relationships with Wireless Network Engineering, integrators, and vendors to manage upgrades, installations, and planning alongside exploration of new features and innovative solutions. Upgrade network by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. Manage the SDNC-INT monitoring tool. Oversee technical delivery, assessing and continually improving output and ensuring processes are developed and adhered to drive operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant experience. Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification required. Expertise in data analysis, troubleshooting, SLA management, and communication. Strong understanding of Software Defined Labs (SDL) concepts and architecture. Proficiency in network virtualization and emulation technologies. Experience with 5G and Open RAN technologies. Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and project management abilities.
