Experience in Agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Expertise in digital transformation, fintech solutions, and customer journey enhancements. Education: Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred). Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner, PMP, or similar are a plus. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse teams. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
