Proactive identification of potential risks and conflicts in change requests, and execution of regression testing to prevent service disruptions Analysis of change success rates, impact on system stability, and implementation of improvement measures Configuring RevTrac to align with change processes, including notifications, approval workflows, and user access management Conducting periodic audits of change records to ensure compliance and accuracy Providing support for implementing emergency changes and assessing their impact Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline change management practices within RevTrac.
