Share me resume at [email protected] Title; Lead MS Dynamics Support Location: Lansing, MI Hybrid work scheduled - 2 days onsite each week Term: 1 year+ C2C ** The job details are extensive but we essentially need a MS Dynamic Consultant who will only the application for 3 internal departments The selected candidate will work a hybrid schedule consisting of onsite work in Lansing, Michigan two (2) days per week and remote work three (3) days per week. Job Description: This employee provides application development/integration services to the client. They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activities will be executed within the framework of the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a This position is responsible for providing an advanced technical lead support role for Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM systems supporting the MDCR, MSCS and MiLeap Departments. They will have a primary supporting role with MiLeap and secondary supporting MCSC and MDCR. As the system architect, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations. This employee may maintain and support applications that are using the following: MS Dynamics Applications Power Platform Portals APIs Microsoft Visual Studio Microsoft SQL Management Studio Microsoft Team Foundation Server Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications Visual Basic Scripting C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL, Java, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, Web Services, AJAX, jQuery, Salesforce Experience with North 52 BRE and Document core pack a plus Experience with .Net Forms Automation a plus Required Skills: Extensive experience with MS Dynamics - 3-5 years PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certified Highly Preferred Web Portal - 3-5 years PowerApps - 3-5 years Salesforce 3+ years Azure DevOps 5+ years Architect Experience 3-5 years Database Architecture Experience- 1-3 years Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years Technical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years Troubleshooting skills (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.) minimum years' experience required - 5 years. Key Technical Skills: Dynamics 365 Customer Service, specifically case management Knowledge of Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. Experience in software development lifecycle for Dynamics 365 and power platform implementations Agile Implementation Experience and Experience working with Azure DevOps Backlogs.
